The James and Aerianthi Coussoulis Arena, a 5,000-seat multi-use facility is home to the Coyotes men’s and women’s basketball team and the women’s volleyball team. The arena opened in 1995 as part of the overall enhancement of the university’s Health and Physical Education complex. Since its opening the arena has hosted a USA Vs. China volleyball match, several NCAA regional tournaments, sports camps, several concerts and job recruitment fairs. The arena also houses a sports medicine facility and a fitness center.

SOCCER
Cal State San Bernardino's Premier Field complex was completed in mid-summer 2003 with the installation of 116,000 square feet (about 2.5 acres) of Bull's Eye Bermuda grass. The field is located at the foot of Badger Hill behind the 4,140-seat Coussoulis Arena. The field features a scoreboard and bleachers. Premier Field can seat more than 1,000 people between the bleachers and grass-level seating. Pod storage is also available.

BASEBALL
The Coyotes plays their home games at Fiscalini Field, located in Perris Hill Park at 1007 E. Highland Ave., between Waterman and Del Rosa. The field, owned by the city of San Bernardino, was opened in 1936 as part of a spring training facility for various MLB teams. The 3,600-seat facility was the home to the San Bernardino Spirit, a Class A affiliate for the Seattle Mariners (1988-1992) and the Los Angeles Dodgers (1995). It also played a role in the motion picture "Stealing Home'' starring Mark Harmon and Jodie Foster.

SOFTBALL
Thanks to improvements completed in 2016-17, the field meets current NCAA specifications. An improved outfield fence along with the first permanent scoreboard were installed. It is located adjacent to parking lots G and H off Coyote Drive.

CROSS COUNTRY
The cross country team hosts an annual meet on the CSUSB campus.

GOLF
The golf team currently considers Arrowhead Country Club in San Bernardino as its home course, the annual host for the Dave Stockton Coyote Classic.
